About Us Doug Seubert founded Advantage Consulting Services while living in Chicago, but now resides in Wisconsin, providing consulting services to small businesses, non-profit organizations, and health care organizations. He has experience and training in community organizing, leadership development, program development and implementation, and non-profit organization management. He also specializes in business planning, marketing, and public realtions. Seubert also has several years experience in the health care field working as a health communications specialist. He is recognized nationally as an expert in health literacy and has given numerous presentations at national and regional conferences including the Wisconsin Health Literacy Summit, the Institute for Healthcare Advancement (IHA) Annual Health Literacy Conference, and national forums hosted by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI).
